Refund Policy
- Full refund if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the course start date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of the start date and before the second session.
- No refund once a course has progressed beyond the second session.
- Where ZoeTech cancels or reschedules a course, students receive a full refund or a transfer to the next intake.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
Attendance
- Students are expected to attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions.
- Notify your instructor in advance if you will miss a session.
- Recordings or catch-up materials may be provided where available, at the trainer's discretion.
- Persistent absence without communication may affect eligibility for certification.
Completion & Certification
- Complete all required projects and assessments to qualify for a certificate.
- Achieve the minimum attendance threshold (80%).
- Settle any outstanding course fees before a certificate is issued.
- Certificates include a unique ID and QR code that can be confirmed on our verification page.
Conduct & Fair Use
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect at all times.
- Course materials are for personal learning and may not be redistributed.
- Use AI tools responsibly and ethically, in line with course guidance.
- ZoeTech may withdraw a student for serious or repeated misconduct.
